Allied Motion's EnduraMax 75s series of 3-inch (75 mm) diameter integrated brushless DC motor-drives are intended for unidirectional speed control applications. The EnduraMax 75i series is available for applications that require bidirectional control of torque, speed and/or position. The EnduraMax 75s is ideal for mobile HVAC systems, liquid and gas pumps, fans and blowers, compressors, constant speed conveyor drives, and similar applications. The cost-effective EnduraMax 75s is a compact, high power density integrated motor-drive that generates 40% more power from the same size motor as a standard brush motor. And unlike DC motors, there are no brushes to maintain/replace. With rated winding voltages of 12 and 24 VDC, and continuous power output up to 0.18 HP, EnduraMax 75s models are especially suited for battery-fed applications. They offer excellent performance, very long service life, and high reliability. Custom design versions are available to exactly match customer needs.
